What do I put there?

Software licences, products, terms and the access details that belong to the work.

Are credentials encrypted?

Yes. They are stored encrypted on the customer, not in clear text in a table.

Who on the team sees the access details?

Whoever works the file in your ERP. Not the customer, and not a public document.

Does it warn me before expiry?

Yes. The end of a licence is visible before it runs out in silence.

Does renewal hang on the subscription?

When it repeats, yes. The invoice then comes from the subscription into accounting.

Does the customer see their licences?

Yes, in the customer centre, grouped under the right subscription. The internal access details stay with you.

Several licences per customer?

Yes, including several under the same subscription.

Software only, or hosting access too?

Both, as long as it is an access or a licence with a term.

Does it replace a password manager for private life?

No. It is the store of the access details that belong to your customers.

Can I create products I later sell?

Yes. The same products can be sold by the online shop.

Does it fit a UG that looks after a few tools for clients?

Yes. Expiry and the link are the point, not a licence audit for groups.

And an ApS with the same clients?

Same store. The legal form does not change the file.

What happens when someone leaves the company?

The access details stay on the customer file, not on a person’s private account.

Export if I switch?

The link stays traceable. Secret access you hand over in a controlled way, not as an open list.
